Part-Time Operations Lead

The Part-Time Lead is a senior employee who has been trained in most part-time positions. This staff member will report to an Operation Manager and may be tasked to perform management duties when needed. Most of the time this role will be to perform duties as assigned assigned

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Game Master, Host, Murder Mystery Crew, or Artists Asistant where needed.
• Serve on comittees and / or creativity meetings when assigned.
• Provide feedback to management on operaton, site specific needs, and perform maintenance.
• Meet any assigned sales and review goals and drive and motivate other employees to reach goals.
• Keep locations clean and organized,
• Answer phones, monitor and arrange bookings.
• Shifts include on-call, weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Travel to new event locations to provide training.

Requirements

• Maintain an availability that allows for up to 25 hours of scheduled shifts / week.
• Ability and willingness to access bookings using a personal device such as a cell phone.
• Have reliable transportation.

Pay: $14-$15 / Hour
